    1. First, install the ECG power app from Google PlayStore or Apple AppStore.
    2. After downloading the app, create an account with your email, phone number, and preferred password.
    3. After successfully creating the account, Click on the plus (+) sign to add your meter name.
    4. If you have more than one meter, you can add the remaining meter names by clicking on the + sign to add.
    5. Experiencing difficulty in adding your meter? Wait for a while and try again. But if the error persists then restart your phone and try again.
    6. Now choose Top Up to add money to your account balance.
    7. Choose Pay Bills to pay your bills for the postpaid meters.
    8. Then confirm the payment via mobile money. By dialing *170#, then select option 6, then option 3, My approvals to approve payment.

    Note: Individuals not using smartphones can make their purchase by dialing *226# and following the prompts.
